Jennifer Buck,
Sound Healer

Crystal Haven Sound Healing was created from the inside out- built not from a texbook, but from lived experience.  My journey wasn’t a straight line.  I walked through the darkness of an eating disorder and years of chronic pain that left me searchign for something that would bring relief.  What I found changed everything.

Yoga brought me back into my body.  Sound brought me back to my soul.  As a lifelong musician, the moment I heard crystal singing bowls, something in me recognized their power. Those pure, resonant frequencies reached places that nothing else had touched.

Today, as a certified yoga instructor and sound healer, I carry every step of that journey into every session I hold.  I don’t just guide you through a sound bath- I hold space for your healing with the deep understanding of someone who has needed that space themselves.

Crystal Haven is exactly what the name promises- a haven.  A place where the outside world fades, where crystal frequencies wash over you, where your nervous system finally exhales.

Whether you’re a stressed professional running on empty, an athlete pushing through pain, a yoga practitioner deepening your practice, or a spiritual seeker following the call- you are welcome here.  Your stillness is waiting.
